Everyone is so nice and informed but have not received it yet
I bought three different high-end wine openers a year or so ago. I liked this one so much that I gave it to my daughter. I missed it so much that I bought another one just like it. It's plain, with no special spring-loaded parts. But it more effortlessly does the job. And, it's beautiful.
The formal occasion corkscrew. Love it.
Rather expensive - but my husband loves it. A true luxury item and very high quality - a good conversation piece. And it works too :)
